List

Use the list to see what has been created in a project and how its contents are nested.

What you can do

The list and canvas display the same project content. The list shows groups, sequences, resources, documents, and edits together. It is useful for checking progress, finding content, inspecting hierarchy, and organizing many items.

The canvas offers a richer spatial layout and more ways to work with content. Use the list when you first need to understand what is in the project; switch to the Canvas when you want to view, arrange, and create in a freer space.

Browse project content

  1. Select List at the top of the project.
  2. Expand a group or sequence to see what it contains.
  3. Select a resource, document, or edit to preview it on the right.
  4. To organize content, select it and use actions such as move, rename, or delete.

Collapsing a group or sequence changes only what is visible. It does not delete its contents.

Change the display

The list shows the project hierarchy as a tree by default. When the project grows, adjust the display options at the top:

  • Tree view: Browse groups and sequences by hierarchy to inspect the project structure.
  • Grid view: Browse thumbnails to compare visual resources quickly.
  • Display mode: Switch between All, Text only, and Media only.
  • Collapse all: Close every expanded level and return to the project overview.

Filter content

Click the filter button at the top to narrow what is shown:

  • File type: Show only video, images, audio, music, documents, or edits.
  • Content marks: Show only liked or newly generated content.

Filtering changes only the current display. It does not remove other content from the project.

  • Navigation Bar: Access the project hierarchy from both the list and canvas.
  • Canvas: Keep creating with a spatial layout and richer interactions.
  • Groups and Sequences: Learn how the project hierarchy is organized.
