Asset Library
Save character designs, reference media, and creative materials that you will use across projects in the Asset Library, then add them directly to a new conversation.
What you can do
The Asset Library is separate from any individual project and is suited to content you will use again. You can:
- Save project resources, assets, documents, groups, or sequences to the Asset Library.
- Search, preview, and organize saved content.
- Reference Asset Library content in a new project conversation without downloading and re-uploading it.
Project content records the creation of the current work; the Asset Library holds content you can reuse across projects.
Save content to the Asset Library
- From a project: Find the content in the list, canvas, or navigation bar. Open its action menu, choose Save to Asset Library, review what will be saved, and confirm.
- From the Asset Library page: Open Asset Library from the Flova home sidebar and click + at the top right. You can create a group, sequence, or document, or upload or generate resources.
If several items are often used together, create a group in the Asset Library and organize them in one place.
View and organize
- Open Asset Library from the Flova home sidebar.
- Search by name or switch between list and grid views.
- Select content to preview it. To organize it, use the action menu to rename, edit its description, move, or delete it.
Use it in chat
- Click + in the Agent input box on the right side of the project and choose Asset Library. Or type
@and switch the search scope to Asset Library. - Choose the content to use. Select a specific resource for one version, or choose an asset, document, group, or sequence when the Agent should see the whole set.
- Check that the reference appears in the current message, explain how the Agent should use it, and send the message.
For example:
Use the character design in the Asset Library as a reference to create a new image of the same character for the current shot.Tips
- Content needed only for the current project can stay there. Save it to the Asset Library when you know you will reuse it.
- Give library content clear, stable names and describe its character, scene, or purpose when the library grows.
- You can refer to project content directly if it is already in this project, or upload media from your computer.
Limitations
- An Asset Library reference is read-only context for the current message. It does not directly copy the item into this project, and you cannot edit the library original from the project.
- The Asset Library is not a project backup; it does not preserve the entire project structure or conversation history.
- Check the target before deleting library content. Deletion cannot be undone.
