Flova Subscriptions and Credits Explained

Learn about Flova subscription benefits and how to get and use credits.

What credits are

Credits are Flova's unit of usage. Creating images, videos, music, or speech through the Agent or generation tools, and using quality enhancement, deducts credits based on the model, generation type, resolution, duration, and similar settings.

Images and videos are not priced the same way, so do not estimate every action from a single fixed price. Check the estimated cost shown before you submit, and confirm the actual deduction in Credit Details afterwards.

Earning credits

Credits can come from a subscription, additional purchases, and invitation or campaign rewards. Validity differs by source. The current pricing page lists:

  • Monthly credits from a subscription: 30 days.
  • Invitation reward credits: 7 days.
  • Exploration reward credits: 30 days.
  • Super Creator and event reward credits: Per the relevant community or campaign rules.

The scope and validity of additionally purchased credits follow the purchase page. Check the source and expiration of each batch in Credit Details before you rely on it.

Deduction order

Deduction considers both the credit type and how soon it expires:

  • When credits have more than 7 days until expiration, applicable model-specific credits are used before general subscription credits.
  • When credits expire within 7 days, credits with the earliest expiration are used first; if they expire on the same day, model-specific credits take priority.

Because of this, your total balance and the balance available for one model are not necessarily the same.

Where to check plans, prices, and balance

  • Plans and benefits: Open the pricing page and switch between personal and team plans to compare plans, billing periods, and benefits. Actual prices, campaigns, and purchase eligibility follow the checkout page.
  • Credit balance and history: From the account entry in the top-right, open Manage Account → Credit Details to see your balance, sources, usage, and expiration.
  • Generation prices: Open Manage Account → Pricing Details → Model Price List for the credits required by each model and setting. You can also reach Pricing Details from Usage in the top-right.
  • Orders and invoices: Where your region and account status support it, open Manage Account → Orders & Invoices for subscription and credit purchase orders and their invoice status.

Team admins can also review seats and member credits under Team Management; a member's credits are allocated by the admin. See Manage a Team.

What a plan includes

Plans differ in more than their credit allocation. They usually also cover:

  • The monthly credit allocation, and whether extra credits can be purchased.
  • Available models and their generation prices.
  • Concurrent generation limits.
  • Authorized portrait capacity.
  • Watermark-free export and commercial usage rights.
  • Quality enhancement and similar add-on capabilities.

Current plan names, prices, and benefits follow the pricing page.

Subscribe, upgrade, and cancel

Upgrading

When you move to a higher plan, or from monthly to annual billing: the used portion of the old plan is charged proportionally, the unused balance offsets the new plan, you pay only the difference, and a new billing period starts on the upgrade date. The actual amount follows the checkout page.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

To stop automatic renewal, open the subscription page, select Manage Subscription, and choose Cancel Subscription. After cancelling, you keep the benefits for the period you already paid for; the subscription then lapses and does not renew. Cancelling is not the same as an immediate refund.

Promotions

Subscribing during a promotion applies the promotional benefits immediately. Cancelling the subscription also ends those benefits; if you resubscribe within the same promotion, remaining eligible benefits can be restored.

Refunds and invoices

The current refund terms state: within 7 days of your most recent payment, and if you have not run any generation, you can email [email protected] to request a full refund. Credits are returned when a generation fails because of a system problem. Refunds usually return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Check your orders and generation history before applying; eligibility and timing follow the applicable terms, your order, and your payment provider.

Eligible accounts in mainland China can view invoiceable orders, submit invoice details, and track status under Orders & Invoices. If the entry is not in your menu, go by your account's current region and order page.

If something goes wrong

  • Credits did not arrive: Confirm the order was paid, then check the record in Credit Details. If it still does not match, note the order time and number and contact support.
  • A generation failed but credits were deducted: Check the task status and credit history and allow time for processing. Note the task and billing details before contacting support, and do not repeat paid generations to test the problem.
  • The cost was not what you expected: Compare the model, settings, the estimate shown before generation, and the Model Price List, then locate the difference in the matching credit record.

When you email [email protected], include your account and the order or task information. Never send passwords, verification codes, or API Keys.

Tips

  • Check the estimated cost shown in the interface before submitting an expensive generation.
  • A sufficient total balance does not mean a given model is available; model-specific credits only apply to that model.
  • Credit rules, reward policies, and campaign mechanics can change. Go by what the pricing and checkout pages currently show.
