Manage Your Flova Account Settings
Manage your profile, Agent settings, and account security, and review credit details, orders, and invoices.
Sign in and edit your profile
Flova supports email verification codes and Google sign-in. In mainland China, you can also use a phone number and SMS code. When you verify an email address or phone number for the first time, follow the sign-in page to register or sign in. If a code does not arrive, check the address or number and your spam or message-blocking settings before requesting another code.
Go to Manage Account → Edit Profile to view or change your avatar, username, and available email or phone bindings. If the personal-profile entry is unavailable while you are using a team identity, choose Switch to Personal from the account menu, make your changes, and switch back to the team afterward.
Agent settings, notifications, and shortcuts
Click your avatar in the upper-right corner and open Settings → General Settings → Agent Settings. You can choose the default permission mode for new projects, decide which actions require the Agent to ask for confirmation, and adjust task notifications. These are default preferences; you can still choose a different permission mode in the current project's input box.
For details about when the Agent asks before generating or changing content, read Permission Mode. To view or change key bindings, open Settings and select Keyboard Shortcuts in the left sidebar.
Where to find credits and orders
- Credit Details: View your balance, credit sources, usage records, and expiration dates.
- Pricing Details: Check current credit prices for models and generation settings.
- Orders & Invoices: View purchase records and invoice status when available for your region and account.
For instructions, subscription management, and troubleshooting, see Subscriptions and Credits. For team seats and member credits, see Team Management.
External Agent authorization and account security
Go to Manage Account → Agent API Key to create or revoke keys used by external tools such as Flova CLI. An API Key is an account credential. Give it only to tools you trust; never put it in a public repository, screenshot, or shared document. If you suspect a leak, revoke the key and create a new one.
You can Sign Out from the account menu and view the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from Manage Account. To request account deletion or get help with sign-in, payments, or credits, contact [email protected]. Include your account and issue, plus relevant order or task details. Do not send verification codes or API Keys by email.
