1. How to Earn Credits and Rules

Credits are Flova’s standard unit of measurement. When you create via dialogue, storyboard, or other tools, the system automatically deducts credits based on the model type, generation duration, resolution, and other relevant parameters.

Ways to Earn Credits:

1）Subscription Credits:

• Subscribing to any membership grants a fixed monthly credit allowance, valid for 30 days.

• Members can purchase additional credits. For large top-ups, join the official group to contact an admin or email [email protected].

2）Free & Bonus Credits:

• Weekly Credits: Granted upon registration, refreshed automatically every Monday at 00:00, valid for 7 days.

• Invite Bonus Credits: Earned by successfully inviting new users, valid for 30 days.

• Super Creator / Event Bonus Credits: Issued according to specific community plans or events, with quantity and validity set per event rules.

⚠️ Credit rules, rewards, and related activity mechanisms may be adjusted as needed. Adjustments may occur with or without prior notice. Flova reserves the right to the final interpretation of these rules within the limits of the law.

2. How to Check Credit Balance and Usage

• Credit Balance: Hover over the top-right corner.

• Credit Details: Hover top-right → click any credit amount, or hover top-right → click “Manage Account” → “Credit Details”.

• Credit Usage Rules: Hover top-right → “Manage Account” → “Pricing Details” → “Model Pricing Table”.

3. Free Plan and Membership Plans

1）Free Plan: Available for all users, includes 400 credits initially:

• 200 credits granted upon first login, refreshed weekly with 200 credits.

• 200 credits as Product Exploration Incentive.

2）Membership Plans:

• Annual membership offers 17% discount compared to monthly subscription. During beta, members receive 150% extra credits.

• Additional benefits include:

  • Limited free access to large language, image, and music/voiceover models.

  • Watermark-free downloads and exports.

  • Flova commercial usage authorization.

4. How to Obtain Subscription Receipts

Receipts are automatically sent to your email upon successful subscription.
